'Saudi invasion pervades terrorism in region': MP

“With no doubt Saudi invasion on Yemen has no result except pervading terrorism in the region,” said a member of National Security and Foreign Policy commission of Iran’s Majlis.

The member of National Security and Foreign Policy commission of Iran’s Majlis, Mohammad Hasan Asafari in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) stressed Saudi Arabia is intimidated by the possible fallouts of Yemen Intifada (uprising) in its own territory.

The political commentator went on to stress,” in the here and now Saudi Arabia should take the cognizance of this very fact that tyrant governments are so near to their expiration date.”

In his term, Muslim people, presently, are after setting their own future and will not let anyone to dictate and impose something in this area.

The member of National Security and Foreign Policy commission of Iran’s Majlis underscored that Saudi Arabia was daunted by this possible threat that revolutionary movement and Yemen Intifada spilled over into different Saudi cities and the same story happened in this country.

“Saudi Arabia is after preserving its own status in Yemen,” said the political analyst stressing the country spare no effort to bring revolutionaries to the table of talks and get some advantages from them through negotiation process.

“Saudi Arabia is on the wrong track,” said Mohammad Hasan Asafari stressing the country is doomed to fail and should end the policy of bloodletting that was long past their expiration dates.

Saudi airstrikes against the impoverished Arab country have drawn condemnation from many countries, including Iran, Iraq and Russia, as well as the Lebanese resistance movement, Hezbollah.

The ongoing Saudi airstrikes on Yemen have so far claimed the lives of dozens of people, including at least six children under the age of 10, according to Amnesty International.

The blatant invasion of Yemen’s sovereignty by Saudi government comes against a backdrop of total silence on the part of international bodies, especially the United Nations. The world body has so far failed to show any reaction whatsoever to violation of the sovereignty of one of its members by Riyadh.
