'Muslims are in need of Unity': Hojjatol Islam

Head of Ahlul Bayt (A.S) World Assembly spotlighted the importance of convergence among Muslims and nonMuslims.



Head of Ahlul Bayt (A.S) World Assembly, Hujjatul Islam Muhammad Hassan Akhtari beckoned to the importance of convergence among Muslims and non-Muslims and underscored, “We are in need of Islamic Ummah Unity,” reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Speaking in the congenital meeting of envoys of Islamic Republic of Iran to foreign countries, the religious cleric underscored, “the issue of unity is of the most important objectives set in the Islamic Republic of Iran.”


The religious cleric took unity as a religious necessity and underscored, “regarding the standing plots hatched by enemies against Muslims, the issue of unity should be counted as a religious necessity.”

It is worth to note that the meeting was held in the presence of Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Isalmic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki and Head of the Supreme Council of the World Forum, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri.


In the event, Ayatollah Araki listed the programs and objectives forwarded by the organization and beckoned to the upcoming conferences to be held in the unity arena.

The seasoned cleric also clarified the organizational structure of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought which has 258 foreign and 160 inside members.
