Senior Iranian cleric warned against political and religious misuse of Mina incident saying any disagreement or dispersion of Muslims due to Mina incident should be prevented.

Grand Ayatollah Abbas ali Soleimani, representative of the Supreme Leader in the Iranian southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchistan, attended the cermony for victims of Mina stampede incident hailing the remarks by grand Ayatollah Khameieni as an ulimatum for Saudi government and said the crush must not lead to dispersion of the Islamic community, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” We should not let Mina crush to lead to a sectarian wars among Muslims because the enemies are in pursuit of sparking proxy war among Muslims, and also they have targetted the annual congregation of Muslims and discouraging pilgrims to attend the rituals.”
 
Grand Ayatollah Soleimani also denounced the misbehavior of Al Saud officials with pilgrims and noted,” No one has the right to claim Ka’aba and Arafat belonging to a certain religion.” and slammed modern versions of idols worshipped in Mecca.
