Iran, Kuwait boosting ties with forming Parliamentary friendship group

The new ambassador of Kuwait to Iran has announced the formation of a parliamentary friendship group between Kuwait and Iran in the new term of parliament in the near future.
 Rezaei expressed hope for positive and important developments in the relations between the two countries and said: "At current juncture, the two countries will try to improve relations in all dimensions, including parliamentary relations."
 
The head of the Iran-Kuwait Parliamentary Friendship Group in the parliament added: "Normalizing relations with the Zionist regime will lead to the expansion of insecurity in the region."
 
The Iranian MP elsewhere stated: "The people of the region will not welcome normalization of ties with the Zionist Regime".
 
The new ambassador of Kuwait in Tehran, for his in the meeting, referred to the important role and position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the region, saying: ""Relations between Iran and Kuwait are historical, long-standing and strong, and this capacity can be used to further develop and expand the relations between the two countries."
 
The ambassador of Kuwait to Tehran, while expressing his country's desire and interest in developing relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in the commercial and economic dimension, said: "The volume of trade relations between the two countries was an acceptable figure in the past, and we hope to return to that level and even higher with joint efforts."
