The European Union’s office in Al-Quds city Thursday expressed concern about rise in Israeli settlers’ violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank citing one incident in particular and called for protection for the civilians.

“The 2700-meter road is used by farmers, villagers, and visitors of the Youth Village who are often exposed to settlers’ harassment. This village serves hundreds of Palestinian youth in the West Bank who must be protected at all times,” it said.
