President Raisi says assassination signals enemies' inferiority, despair

Iran's President in a meeting with the family of Martyr Sayyad-Khodaei called the assassination a sign of inferiority and despair of the enemies vis-à-vis the Iranian nation.

The defender of the shrine, Colonel Hassan Sayyad-Khodaei, was assassinated in Tehran in a terrorist attack which was orchestrated against the revolution and the perpetrators associated with global arrogance.
 
"Majid Takht-e Ravanchi," Iran's ambassador and representative to the United Nations, wrote a letter to the organization's secretary-general to condemn the assassination of Hassan Sayyad-Khodaei.
 He called the assassination of Sayyad-Khodaei a serious threat to regional and international peace and stability in a letter to the secretary- general United Nation.
"In addition, we will take all necessary measures to protect the people and our interests, and we will use all available mechanisms to hold the perpetrators of this terrorist crime and their supporters accountable., stressed he"
The President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi on Sunday visited the house of the martyr Hassan Sayad Khodaei where he met with the martyr's bereaved family.
 
 
The President said in this meeting Martyr Sayyad-Khodaei had passed his divine test successfully with pride and sacrificed his life until the moment of martyrdom in defending the revolution and the Islamic system and values.
 
Raisi added: "The fact that the opponents of the Islamic Republic, instead of confronting on the battlefield, carry out such cowardly assassinations, is a sign of their desperation and victory and power of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
