He added: "Iran is looking for a stable and reliable agreement, and the path to obtaining guarantees is the right track, but the focal point is that all parties in Vienna have accepted that we should not see the withdrawal of the United States again."
"Iran is looking for a stable and reliable agreement and will not accept anything less than it. The quality of the agreement is important to us and no more no less and I hope Washington has realized it," he added.
The eighth round of talks on the removal of anti-Iranian sanctions resumed on Dec. 27 in the Austrian capital of Vienna, and the vast majority of delegations acknowledge that progress has been made in the negotiations.
Representatives from China, France, Germany, Russia, Britain, and Iran are negotiating in Vienna to bring the JCPOA back to life. The United States is involved in the talks indirectly.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said: "In the Vienna talks, very important issues remain about verification and vital decisions must be made in this regard."

Khatibzadeh, in a press conference on the latest developments related to Iran's negotiations with the P4+1 in Vienna, said: "There has been more progress in verification than guarantees. There are still significant issues regarding verification, and the parties must make fundamental decisions in this regard."
The Foreign Ministry spokesman also commented on the photo published by Ulyanov on the progress of the Vienna talks: "The talks are taking place in a clear direction and there are clear talks and a precise agenda. If the other parties show the necessary will, the negotiations will end in due time."
Talking about Iran's voting rights at the United Nations and South Korea's debt, he said: "South Korea's debt to Iran has not been paid and remains. Iran's money still is in the Korean banks. On the other hand, some of our money has been transferred to the United Nations through South Korea due to emergencies."
The spokesman also said about the Iran-Saudi dialogue: "Iranian diplomats are in Saudi Arabia for the first time in a few years to attend the next meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and our focus today is to reopen Iran's representation in the body."
