The spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said of the Vienna talks that many tables have been prepared and the columns of these tables are ready and some of the parentheses have been cleared.

Saeed Khatibzadeh answered reporters' questions on Monday in his weekly presser, explaining the latest developments in the field of foreign policy.
 
He first congratulated the day of the struggle and the day of Gaza, and declared Iran's constant policy in defense of the Palestinian cause as an inviolable right for the proud people of Palestine and a day that commemorates all the crimes of the occupying regime in Al-Quds.
 
Khatibzadeh referred to Iranian FM Amir-Abdollahian's visit to Oman and Qatar and said:
"In Oman, he had a meeting with Yemen's Ansarullah Spokesman Mohammad Abdul-Salam about the latest situation in Yemen, and in Oman, in addition to meeting with the Emir and Foreign Minister of Qatar, he also met with Ismail Haniyeh."

Iran-China 25-year MoU

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman elsewhere has noted that Iran-China 25-year memorandum of understanding is a long-term road map that defines two countries’ cooperation.

Khatibzadeh stated that Iran-China’s 25-year MoU focuses on improving bilateral relations.
“During the last five months the MoU has been revised and various ministries have worked on it,” he noted.
Referring to Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Adollahian’s trip to China, Khatibzadeh said that the two sides decided to put the MoU into operation after lengthy discussions.
He highlighted that the MoU would be put into operation in various economic, political, cultural, and parliamentarian sections.
 
In response to a question regarding Syrian national sovereignty, he said that it should be respected
by all countries.
"Iran has a mechanism in Syrian based on which all disputes will be resolved", he added.
 

Touching upon President Ebrahim Raisi's upcoming visit to Russia, he said that the trip will be of great importance and in line with government’s balanced foreign policy.

He noted that President Raisi will confer with his Russian counterpart on political, economic, and social topics.
Regarding US secretary of state’s remarks on Vienna Talks, Khatibzadeh advised him to adopt their initiative to materialize the plan A which is at hand.
 He went on to say that plan B will be attractive for no country.
Reacting to some US officials’ fabricated deadlines, he said that the US president, foreign policy team, and their negotiators are well aware of the fact that thanks to Iran’s efforts the JCPOA is now alive.
