"Takfir, extremism, make no solution for Islamic nation", Huj. Shahriari

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stressed Takfir (excommunication) and extremism is not the solution for Afghanistan or any Islamic country.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, senior Iranian cleric, in his speech at the webinar on Muslim world scholars and new changes in Afghanistan on Sunday stressing solidarity and rationality as necessities for decision making on future of the country, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said, "Certainly extremism and Takfir (excommunication) are not solution for any Islamic country, including Afghanistan."
 
He slammed Daesh terrorist group as a brainchild of the United States and Israeli regime whose objective is to undermine security across the globe.
 
The cleric reiterated that Taliban should be responsible and responsive in regards to any insecurity like terror, bombing attacks and explosions.
 
He called on the Afghan nation to activate their diplomacy and settle their domestic and foreign issues via international organizations, naming the UN.
 
"To settle inter-Afghan issues is vital. People should avoid conflict and reach compassion and cooperation" Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari noted and added," Conflict between the people will weaken the ruling system and multiply the problems."
 
He called on Taliban authorities to provide public security as the basis for economic trade with neighboring countries.
 
Senior Iranian cleric underlined rationality and inclusiveness of all Afghan ethnicities and groups for any ruler who seeks interests of the Afghan nation.
 
Secretary General of World Forum noted," The present authorities in Afghanistan should note that dictatorship, oppression and bullying will not guarantee their command over Afghans."
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari made the comments at the international webinar, jointly held by Tebyan cultural institution and World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, on Muslim world scholars and latest developments in Afghanistan.
 
Participants in this online meeting discussed principles for establishment of Islamic government, inclusive government, security and achieving international recognition.
