Enemies beating war drums to divide Muslims

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought warned of enemies of Islam sparking division and beating the war drums in the Islamic lands to spill Muslims' blood and create deep hostility among Islamic denominations.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, addressing the webinar 18 of the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference underway in Tehran to express congratulations on the auspicious birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS), the sixth Shia Imam elaborating on the role of seminaries on preventing war and bloodshed in the world of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said," A responsibility of seminaries is to safeguard the unity in the world of Islam to the extent that they prevent bloodshed and predicaments among Muslims."
 
The cleric hailed the religious scholars and top jurisprudents for their participation in Islamic unity arena and prevention of division, bloodshed and war in the world of Islam.
 
"Undoubtedly the enemies are endeavoring to create division, beat the war drums to spill blood in Muslim world and spark deep hostility among different Islamic denominations" warned Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari and hailed the efforts of Muslim scholars for proving the path as anti-Islamic leading those in this path to review their path and maintain the etiquette of dispute.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought expressed his views in an address to the 18th webinar at 35th International Islamic Unity Conference held on Sunday morning.
