Head of Ifta board from Bushehr hailed Muslims as a great power against the infidels, superpowers led by the US denouncing the "criminal America" over creating some malign networks among Shias and Sunnis.

Sheikh Khalil Afra called on the world Muslims, in his speech on the second day of the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference on Wednesday, to stand vigilant against US efforts to infiltrate among Muslim communities, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He warned of hostile moves to divide Muslims and said," We must be careful that superpowers like the United States do not infiltrate in our ranks, disrupt our unity and brotherhood and create discord among us."
 
The Sunni cleric warned that any discord will lead to hostility and enmity [among Muslims] and urged Muslims to preserve their solidarity and brotherhood.
 
He stressed that to maintain dignity, honor and greatness Muslims should preserve their solidarity first.
 
Head of Ifta Board from the Iranian southern city of Bushehr called on the Shia and Sunni communities to respect each other's beliefs.
 
Sheikh Khalil Afra hailed late Imam Khomeini (RA) over inspiration to name the week concurrent with the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as the Islamic Unity Week and referred to the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic as the herald of unity at this critical time.
 
Iranian Sunni cleric delivered his speech on the second day of the 35th International Islamic Unity Week with the theme "Islamic Unity, Peace and Avoidance of Division and Conflict in the World of Islam."
