A number of Iranian and foreign guests to the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference visited the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (SA) in the Iranian holy city of Qom on Thursday.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Molaee, manager of public relations at World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, accompanied a number of participants to the 35th International Islamic Unity Conference to the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh, sister to the eighth Shia Imam in the holy city of Qom, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He related on the life and sublime character of the lady to the visitors as part of the schedule for the third day of the International Islamic Unity Conference.
 
Due to the circumstances created by COVID-19 pandemic, the 35th Islamic Unity Conference has invited a limited number of foreign guests and the meetings for the major annual event are mainly held online.
 
Over 500 Muslim scholars, intellectuals and religious figures are attending the 35th edition of Islamic Unity Conference. World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has decided to hold the 35th event on the theme of "Islamic Unity, Peace and Avoidance of Division and Conflict in the World of Islam."
 
World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has scheduled the 35th edition of the Islamic Unity Conference for October 19-24 ending with the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) also known as the Islamic Unity Week.
