Huj. Shahriari discusses Muslim world issues in meeting with Seyyed Ammar Hakim

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari met with leader of National Wisdom Movement, Seyyed Ammar Hakim in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad on Sunday and exchanged views on necessity of fighting extremism, highlighting commonalities and resolving the minor disagreements across the world of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He noted that scholars from all denominations to be in charge of securing the societies from deviation and continuing the culture of coexistence in Muslim world.
 
The cleric stressed diversity as an asset for all societies and discussed his views on management in communities with diverse religious and ethnical groups.
 
Leader of National Wisdom Movement related on Iraq’s experience of sectarian rift and foreign players’ pursuit of pushing the Arab country into conflicts.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari met with a number of prominent religious and political figures in his trip to Iraq to discuss the issues of Muslim world and ways to boost unity among Muslims.
