General Soleimani, manifestation of Iranian culture, values, Leader

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in his remarks made on Wednesday addressed the family members, companions and top Iranian authorities in a meeting on the eve of the first anniversary of General Soleimani martyrdom and stressed the massive funeral held for the senior commander in Iran and Iraq as the first slap for the United States, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Supreme Leader in this meeting recommended the authorities to strengthen capabilities in all grounds, not trust enemies, maintain national solidarity and foil sanctions rather than resolving them.

"The reason why General Soleimani appeared as the hero for Iranian nation and that people from different walks of life respected him was he manifested the Iranian cultural values" noted the Leader in part of his remarks.

The Leader highlighted "brevity and resistance" as the outstanding features in General Soleimani as is the characteristic of all Iranians.

Ayatollah Khamenei stressed," General Soleimani promoted example of fighting and resistance among Muslim nations" and highlighted importance of a tougher blows to enemies, "software domination against vain immensity of enemies" and "withdrawal of US from region."

Supreme Leader made the remarks in a meeting with family members of General Qassem Soleimani, top officials and army commanders on the eve of the first martyrdom anniversary of the top IRGC Quds Force commander.
