Cleric proposes establishment of crisis management headquarter in Muslim world

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, giving speech at webinar on legal capacities to settle Muslim world issues, proposed establishment of a joint headquarter for crisis management in the world of Islam in order to settle the critical situations in the world of Islam.

Top Iranian cleric in his speech enumerated the different axes which should be studied in relation to the new coronavirus as the current crisis among them the medical facilities, healthcare workers and indiscrimination in distribution of the aforesaid, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The scholar referred to deliver accurate survey as some Muslim rulers refuse to provide the real numbers which will cause the people not to take the threat serious enough.
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought referred to performance of the public in regards to the health protocols noting the two contrasting sides of those overstressed by the pandemic and those negligent to the infection.
 
He stressed necessity of financial support for the families afflicted with the pandemic infection the most.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari also referred to closure of religious centers that were a place to regain mental and spiritual calmness.
 
Senior cleric praised Iran's special task force to confront the new coronavirus and proposed establishment of a joint headquarter for crisis management in the world of Islam.
 
The cleric made the comments in a webinar on the second day of the 34th Islamic Unity Conference held online due to the new coronavirus outbreak.
 
World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has scheduled more than 350 lectures in the 34th Islamic Unity Conference held between October29-Novermber 3rd.
