Islamic civilization to materialize in light of Islamic unity

Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought stressed materialization of Islamic civilization will happen in light of solidarity among Muslims and noted the role of television as the key media to aid the objective.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hamid Shahriari, prominent Iranian cleric and head of major Islamic unity body in the country met with the director general of Islamic Republic of Iran's Broadcasting (IRIB) and slammed the arrogant powers for using division as the most strategic operation by enemies in the Middle East region and noted that Islamic civilization will happen in the light of Muslim unity, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The cleric related on extremism and division as tools for enemies to undermine relations among Muslims and said," Enemies either sparks war among Muslims or divide them through media strategies."
 
He expressed regret that Islamic Republic of Iran has not been an exception in spread of division and called for more vigilance against hostile intrigues.
 
"Islamic unity stands for a national security for us since we are flag bearers of fight against arrogant powers" said Hujjat-ul-Islam Shahriari.
 
He stressed the basic measures to be taken against division policy by enemies and said," Materialization of Islamic civilization in light of Islamic solidarity is a mission for all of us and our national media is the key media with the heaviest burden in our country."
 
Secretary General of World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought hailed the launch of Vahdat Radio as a great endeavor by the national media in Iran for boosting Islamic solidarity.
 
The cleric made the comments in a meeting of a delegation from World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought with the director general and deputies at IRIB on threshold of annual Islamic Unity Conference which is scheduled to be held virtually due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
