Muslim scholars take a unified stance on Bahrain

Head of University of Religions and Denominations praised Qatari officials for clear and firm stances of the country regarding Bahrain crisis.

Head of University of Religions and Denominations praised Qatari officials for clear and firm stances of the country regarding Bahrain crisis. 

Hujjatul Islam Seyyed Abul Hassan Navvab, head of University of Religions and Denominations in a meeting with Dr Ali Mohyeddin Qara Daghi, secretary of International Union of Muslim Ulama, expressed his gratitude towards Qatar's clear stance for Bahrain crisis, reported Raqrib News Agency (TNA). 

"It would be better for Union of Muslim Ulama and Yusuf Qardawi to maintain a clear stance towards the issue of Bahrain, same way he has followed regarding the revolutions in other Arab countrie," said Iranian the Iranian university dean and asked for prevention of any sectarian discussion of the crisis. 

He said, "Literature of the discourse has the best teachings and guidelines in Islam." 

Head of University of Religions and Denominations referred to Religions Summit held in South Africa and hailed the high status and respectful view of the country towards Islam. 

Dr Ali Mohyeddin Qara Daghi, in this meeting applauded Iranian open minded ulama that do not sacrify truth for benefits.
