Final session of 33rd Islamic Unity Conference was held with Ayatollah Reeisi in attendance
The Islamic Unity Conference came to conclusion on Saturday evening November 16 in a ceremony attended by Chief Justice, Ayatollah Reeisi.

According to Taghrib News Agency, the gathering was attended by 440 local and foreign religious dignitaries from more than 90 countries at Parsian Hotel in North Tehran.
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki reporting the activities taken place in this 3-day event said some 1000 people from all walks of life attended the Unity Conference and expressed their views and proposed their recommendations.
He said like previous occasions the topics brought up for discussion at this gathering will be also followed up for implementation adding that influential Muslim scholars took part at various committees of the conference and when they return to their home country will embark on numerous Taghribi activities with lots of achievements.
