World Union of the Children of Martyrs and War Veterans held meeting on second day of the 33rd Islamic Unity Conference voicing solidarity with children of the martyrs stressing that those contributing their lives should be set as role model for all.

Laleh Eftekhari, Iranian former Member of Parliament attended the World Union of the Children of Martyrs and War Veterans held on the second day of the 33rd Islamic Unity Conference and  hailed the march of return as clear manifest for victory vowed in holy Qur'an, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
She called the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) as messenger of peace who endeavored for a trilateral interfaith agreement between the then Jews, Muslims and Medina citizens.
 
She stressed expanding the culture of resistance and said," Had the people not followed the example of martyrs, Syria, Lebanon and other Islamic states had been colonized now."
