According to Taghrib News Agency, at the meeting of the Economists and Economic Activists Union of the Muslim World, chaired by Hojatolleslam Mesbahi Moghaddam, topic such as reducing or eliminating use of Dollar from economic transactions of the Islamic World, enhancing the Resistance front and the economy of the Islamic Countries through resistance economy, economic transparency in Islamic World and issues related to unity dialogue were brought up for debate

Ayatollah Araki talking about economic issues from Islamic perspective said Muslim nations should not be dependent on colonialist countries for their economic needs.

Hojatoleslam Mesbahi Moghaddam talked about the need for establishment of Islamic Common Market and exploitation of internal potentials of Muslim countries and said if economic potentials of the Muslim nations are fully optimized such development will lead to unity among Muslims.

Referring to Palestinian question, Mesbahi Mmoghaddam said as long as there is tension and conflict within the Islamic World, security of Israel will not be threatened.
