Despite damages inflicted to terrorism in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and other Islamic countries, the plague is still threatening Muslim world.

Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, secretary general of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought has issued a message to condemn the recent terrorist attack in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province killing at least tens of prayers warning of terrorist movements threatening different parts of Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” No matter the terrorists are members of Daesh, Taliban or al-Nusra, they all aim the image and publicity of Islam and to hinder its way to achieve objectives which are descent life and playing its role in the world.”
 
The cleric expressed regret over the terrorist attack targeting prayers in Nangarhar mosque calling that a message to the entire world of Islam that despite the damages inflicted to terrorist movements in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and other Islamic countries, the plague is still threatening Muslim states.”
 
“Terrorism has no religion” noted the scholar and added,” It is in vain to attach such attacks with a particular ethnicity since the number one criminal behind such crimes is the Zionist and western agents who are constantly plotting to annihilate Muslim world.”
 
Ayatollah Araki slammed the terrorist attack and urged Muslims to refrain reactions which might be misused by the enemies.
 
Senior cleric urged followers of different Islamic denominations to promote their vigilance and cooperate in confrontation with enemies of Islam and also those pursuing economic terrorism and massacre against Muslims.
 
At least 69 worshippers including children and elders have lost their lives and about 50 more wounded in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar Province Friday prayer as bombs hidden in the mosque exploded.
