Cleric warns of Islamophobia, Shiaphobia as key strategies of enemies

Prominent Iranian jurisprudent has warned of Islamophobia and Shiaphobia as major strategies hired by enemies hailing Islam as sole sanctuary for people fatigued by materialism.

Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, senior Shia jurisprudent, met with staff of the international conference for Imam Reza (AS) warning of Shiaphobia and Islamophobia as strategies of enemies which should be confronted by plans, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He hailed interfaith conferences as valuable measure to prove righteousness of Ahlul Bayt (AS) and demanded for inviting religious figures for more meetings in future.
 
The cleric referred to promotion of Islam and Ahlul Bayt (AS) and said,” World people are fatigued by the materialistic view and find no better sanctuary than Islam and Ahlul Bayt (AS).”
 
He called for confrontation with Islamophobia and Shiaphobia plans through proper plans.
 
Top cleric praised a previous international conference on Takfiri (excommunication) attended by intellectuals from across the globe.
