Ghadir Eid and Islamic unity are two sides of the same coin.

Ayatollah Alireza A’rafi, manager of the seminaries across Iran, attended the summit on Ghadir in view of Sunni community on the eve of anniversary of the major event hailing participation of Sunni elites in the meeting, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He stressed,” Our explanation of Ghadir does not mean to spread division in the Islamic nation” and noted that a majority of thinkers from different Islamic denominations have confirmed Ghadir despite misconceptions proposed against the event.”
 
According the Ayatollah A’rafi the common message of Ghadir is authenticity of Imam Ali (AS) and Ahlul Bayt (AS), household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in knowledge and epistemology which is approved by all Muslims even though rejecting Ghadir Khumm event.
 
The cleric called Imam Ali (AS) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) as axes of affection and fraternity among Muslims and that the issue has been approved by religious intellectuals from different denominations.
