Prominent Iranian cleric rejected the western governments as role model for development calling for launching an Islamic joint market, bank and fund.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Gholamreza Mesbahi Moghaddam, director of union of proximity economic activists attended the second summit on carrying out diplomacy of unity in the world of Islam expressing regret over the present dispersion which has plagued the Muslim world and slammed the military control of the domineering powers over Muslims, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He warned of the current disagreements as the hurdle towards solidarity and demanded for more efforts to achieve unity.
 
He referred to the majority of Muslim countries harassed with economic issues and said the present development of the western countries during the past centuries is owed to Muslim scientists and intellectuals.
 
Director of union of proximity economic activists noted,” This is a plot by colonial powers who have sparked civil wars in Islamic states to contain the capability of Muslims and prevent any move to severe western interests in their countries.
 
“The solution we should follow to reach diplomacy of unity is political and economic unification of Muslims” said the cleric and called for launching an Islamic joint market, bank and fund.
 
Hujjat-ul-Islam Mesbahi Moghaddam also stressed moves to eliminate dollar from economic arenas in a bid to topple the United States from its economic dominancy in the world.
