“There’s no commonality between Takfiri groups and Sunni Muslims.”
Mamusta Abdul Rahman Khodaee, representative of the people in Sunni-inhibited Province of Kurdistan in the Assembly of Experts, said Islam has the most precise plan of life for people and following this plan would guarantee the honor of human societies, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said Islam has proposed the most moderate teachings in line with the demands of human leading people to happiness by promotion of good deeds.

Representative of Kurdistan people in the Assembly of Expert referred to intrigues and hostile plans during 14 centuries since the birth of Islam that aimed at fading the divine religion and marginalize Muslims.

He expressed regret that some arrogant powers and enemies of Islam, backed by ignorant blinded puppets, have launched extremist Islamic groups to damage the image of true Islam.

“These western-backed Takfiri groups commit all crimes under the name of Islam.” Mamusta Khodaee said and noted that their sole objective is to tarnish the image of Islam and project Muslims as violent aggressive warmongers.

He stressed,” Extremist and Takfiri groups in Egypt, Syria and Iraq have no relation with Sunni Muslims and all their measures are rejected by Sunni scholars.”

This Sunni figure highlighted solidarity among Muslims and said,” In the light of unity among followers of different Islamic denominations, we can be hopeful of Islamic teachings to spread in the world.

He hailed solidarity among Islamic communities in Iran and said,” Thanks to foundation of Islamic system in Iran, we are witness to spread of the rich Islamic culture in our country.”
