“Islamic Philosophy” released

The first package of proposals for lesson plans on Islamic philosophy for children is published by Iranian author.

“Islamic Philosophy” subtitled “Lesson Plans for Teaching Children” by Mahdi Parvizi includes the proposal for the first education package on philosophy for teaching and evaluation in the basic level of school in Iran’s official education system, preschool, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The book, in eleven chapters, relates on the educational and behavior objectives plus some philosophy concepts, teaching methodology for philosophy during pre-school.

“Islamic Philosophy” tries to provide lesson plans for teaching philosophy during the very beginning level of official teaching and also prove the possibility of teaching transcendent wisdom to children and teenagers.

According to the book, “Philosophy has perfect influence on self-knowledge and achieving peace of mind.

Teaching philosophy to children and teenagers is based on philosophical school of transcendence wisdom and its first process is teaching five to six-year-old kids.

This part of education aims at familiarizing children with philosophy concepts.
