Iranians donate blood on first day of Ramadan (photo)

As a tradition during the holy month of Ramadan, Iranians donate blood with the aim of helping the patients in need of blood. Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan but they do not let their religious duties prevent the vital contribution to those in need.
