As a part of multimillion populations of Muslims who attend annual Arba’een ceremony, Bangladeshi pilgrims take the 82-kilometer walk from Najaf to holy shrine of Imam Hussein (AS) in Karbala. Arba’een is the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) commemorated mainly by Shia Muslims besides those loyal to Ahlul Bayt (AS) from other Islamic and non-Islamic denominations.
