“Islamic unity, springboard for promising future”, Sunni cleric

Top Sunni prayer leader denounced the terrorist attack in Iran’s southeastern port city of Chanahar killing two officers and injuring several others stressing the failure of hostile efforts targeting the solidarity of Iranian nation and government.

Molavi Abdul Malek Mehrvarzi, prayer leader of the Sunni community in Konarak, Sistan and Baluchistan Province, referred to background of plots hatched against Iran stressing the present Islamic unity is the springboard towards a promising future, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He called the perpetrators of terrorist attacks as defrauded people taking steps in line with benefits of the enemies.
 
The Sunni cleric vowed a devastating response for foreign services and masterminds of the terrorist attack in Chabahar.
 
Molavi Mehrvarzi referred to the economic, media and psycho war conducted  by enemies and stressed,” Three decades after the war imposed on Iran, the flag for resistance is hoisted in Iran and this has irked the enemies.”
 
Iranian Sunni scholar made the remarks in line with denouncing the Thursday terrorist attack in the Iranian southeastern city of Chabahar where a car loaded with explosives was stopped at the entry to police headquarter before the driver detonated his explosives killing two and injuring dozens.
 
10 suspects have been detained in relation to the attack, local police has reported.
