Prayer leader of Beirut noted that Islamic Republic of Iran is not hostile with Saudi Arabia but stands against those who degrade Muslim world to level of dairy cattle.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Seyyed Ali Fadhlullah, prayer leader of Imamain Hassanain (AS) Mosque in Beirut hailing the positive approach of Iranian president remarks in the opening ceremony of Islamic Unity Conference 2019 for joining Saudi Arabia against enemies of Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He said,” The remarks by Iran’s President Rouhani, based on cooperation with Saudi Arabia for confrontation against enemies, are all based on positive approach and we hope that it is received with positive response.”
 
He said,” Iran and Saudi Arabia are not enemies with each other but hostile to those who have weakened the world of Islam and degraded it to the level of dairy cattle.”
 
Lebanese cleric also referred to upcoming visits by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to some Arab countries and warned of any move for normalization of ties with Tel Aviv regime.
 
He added,” Some Arab leaders are in pursuit of normalizing their ties with the Zionist regime who is still occupying Palestinian sanctities, continue hostility with some Arab countries including Syria and have targeted southern parts of the Syrian capital in their latest invasion.”
 
Top Lebanese cleric made the remarks as part of his Friday sermon in Beirut.
