Today’s casualties bring the death toll since the start of the Great March of Return to more than 200 and the number of wounded to more than 21,500.
Since 30 March, Palestinian protesters in the Gaza Strip have been protesting against the 12-year-old Israeli siege imposed on the enclave, as well as to reinforce the right of return for the Palestinian refugees whose homes were occupied during the Nakba of 1948.
