"Shiite and Sunni people share so many commonalities, and the followers of the foresaid sects will make headway once they place emphasis on their standing commonalities against the enemies," said Mamusta Amin Rasti, interim prayer leader of Sanandaj in Kurdistan Province urging Muslims to treasure their relations and not to disrespect religious takes running counter to theirs, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Addressing the worshipers during Friday Prayer, the Sunni cleric touched upon the existing obstacles on the way of promoting unity stressing, "religious prejudices is of the main factors blocking the path of solidarity.”

"Arrogant powers and Muslims' common enemies have made use of Muslims' prejudices to distance them from boosting unity," pointed out the religious cleric demanding Muslims from all sects to do their very best in ensuring peace and unity.

To the religious cleric, unresolved disputation among Muslims would lay the way for enemeis including the regime of Zionism to take serious measures for advancing their objectives in the world of Islam.
