Iran's top unity body, a necessity in present day

"The World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought is a necessity in the present situation," stressed the representative of Kermanshah in the Assembly of Experts.

The representative of Kermanshah in the Assembly of Experts, Ayatollah Aman Narimani in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) hailed the programs advanced by the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought noting the body's existence is a necessity in the present situation, reported Taqrib News Agency.

"Dar al-Taqrib was set up years ago in Egypt through attempts made by the religious jurisprudent, Ayatollah Boroujerdi, so as to promote unity among Islamic denominations and sects in the World of Islam," pointed out Ayatollah Narimani.

Paid homage to the late founder of Islamic revolution of Iran, Imam Khomeini (RA) and Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the religious cleric stressed the Islamic leaders strained to secure unity among Muslims.

Ayatollah Aman Narimani went on to laud people of Kermanshah for getting on well for years with each other and working in tandem to brave their standing problems.

The religious cleric urged Muslim nations to refrain from dispersion in that disintegration lags Muslims behind easing the way for enemeis to gain supremacy and overtake Muslim nations in all arenas.

"What Islam wants from us is unity and solidarity," stressed the representative of Kermanshah in the Assembly of Experts. "The divine religion wants us to move forward based on Quran's teachings and logic".
