Director of Sayed Ahmed Shaheed Trust, Mohd Adil Khan Tonki in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) beckoned to the main objective of the center noting, "Reviving true Islamic principles in India is the main mission for us."

The religious cleric stressed the non-for-profit organization gives services to Muslims so as to reinforce the teachings of holy book of Quran and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) noting the trust is truly active regarding advancing unity programs.


To Mohd Adil Khan Tonki, unity can give gateway to each Muslim's dream, so "Muslims should work together to boost unity in our world."

Director of Sayed Ahmed Shaheed Trust went on to say religious clerics should instill responsibility in Muslims, especially in the youth, toward the divine religion of Islam. "All of us are responsible for reviving Islamic rules."


Elsewhere in his remarks, Mohd Adil Khan Tonki thanked Islamic Republic of Iran and the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought for managing to set example for other Islamic centers.

"What Taqrib Mazaheb (Iran's top unity body) does in holding different meetings with senior clerics and religious thinkers is really effective and appreciable," pointed out the religious cleric demanding Iran's top unity center to continue its programs.


According to Indian religious cleric, various meetings and gatherings should be held for advancing the set objectives in unity arena and promoting rapprochement among Muslim nations in the World of Islam.

Mohd Adil Khan Tonki was among these traveling recently to Iran and met with Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki and Supreme Council of the World Forum, Ayatollah Mohmmad Ali Taskhiri.


In those meeting, the Iranian unity activists voiced Iran's readiness for strengthening ties with Islamic centers and thinkers in India.

They briefed on the programs and objectives advanced by Iran's top unity body noting the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought whose incumbent Secretary General is Ayatollah Mohsen Taskhiri tries its utmost to promote unity Muslims and Islamic thinkers from different sects and denominations across the globe.
