He said,” The complement plan proposed by Pentagon and the White House in regards to Afghanistan highlights the issue of balance management whose essence is “weakness balance”. The strategy used to be conducted in a different manner during Obama presidency with Iran and Saudi Arabia on two sides of the diplomacy.”

He added,” During Obama presidency expansion of proxy war was high the political, military-security agenda of the US and it meant to balance the weakness in the region to Iran Plateau.”

According to the political expert the issue has been subject to a major change with the United States passing a transition era from the second to the third phase of the scenario revealing “US security management” in a way that George Bush took the first step in order to enter the Middle East and expand its hegemony in the Middle East with Barak Obama with Obama taking the next step to boost the policies of the US.

Iranian professor related on the foreign policy led by Donald Trump in regards to the Middle East and said,” The third step has been taken by Donald Trump when the issue of stabilizing his policies and general strategies of the US since the time of George Bush the junior, ‘Relative management of security’.

In a general view Washington intends to promote the situation towards formation of the Greater Middle East whose onset move has been Trump’s visit to Riyadh and inking a $410 billion deal because following the visit we witnessed the tour made by his advisor Mike Pence to Egypt, Jordan and Israel as well as the present visit made by Secretary of the State to the Persian Gulf states and the Middle East region.

Mehdi Motaharnia added,” The trip made by Tillerson to Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey proves that the US is in pursuit of maintaining its presence in the Middle East; hence, it is stressing its global power to view the regional security from the lenses of regional alliances. Therefore the frequent visits made by US authorities to the Middle East and Persian Gulf is, to some extent, within the framework of settling contrasts between Washington and Arab states when the White House has prioritized resolving its disagreements with regional capitals over other issues.
