International Fajr Music Festival ended its 33rd edition in Tehran praising music luminaries and outstanding groups in the closing ceremony on January 20th, 2018.
Ethnic music performances represented Mazandaran, Gilan, Bushehr, Lorestan, East Azarbaijan and West Azarbaijan, Kordestan and Golestan provinces.
Foreign participants at the 33rd Fajr International Music Festival were from Turkey, Portugal, Afghanistan, France, Italy, India, Mongolia, Serbia, Austria, Senegal, Slovenia, Germany, Japan and Spain.
Founded in 1986, the Fajr International Music Festival is Iran’s most eminent music event. The festival is affiliated with UNESCO and includes national and international sections.
